Wow, I'm so glad to see this. My youngest, it has just been revealed, has a walnut allergy and is undergoing allergy testing. In the meantime, I have been given an epi-pen jr. for the first time, and was just wondering how best to handle it. I've had it for a few weeks and the box is already a mess.

Kerry, I'm so sorry. It's so easy to type up those words "My son/daughter has a food allergy" but behind those words are a lot of emotions and stress. My 10 month old just got a diagnosis of severe egg allergy, hence the second Epi-Pen for us (older son egg, wheat, and dairy).

My prayers go for all of you dealing with us. It's not easy being the parent, nor is it easy on the child, either.
