Praying NOW!
I have seen those hand-sized clots and they are unbelievable.....seems so hard to imagine until you experience firsthand. I am SO SORRY. This expiation/penance/atonement is truly going toward something so great in God's plan, I know it. He is going to bring something so much greater and more blessed out of it....someday you will know---- but now it is so so hard....! God bless you and your family. And I hope you feel all of the love and prayers to console you.

thank you all for the continued prayers. The past 24 hours have been almost surreal. I did not know that this could be so hard physically.
Last night after I emailed, I called the Dr and went upstairs to my bedroom to change(again!  /get shoes)
I was told to go to ER to get a transfusion/sono (as the Dr/midwife had told me during office visit would be the first step if things got bad) but that I could "double up" on my meds one last time, to see if there was any help.
I took Stimate one more time after changing, told dh I was just SO THIRSTY and TIRED and that I wanted to drink some water and rest on our bed before rallying myself to go downstairs, to the car, etc.
After a big glass of water I promptly fell asleep for three hours (dh would check and I would say just a minute longer).
The bleeding slowed, praise God!!
So, I am lying down / on couch for today, and it is really heavy, but bearable.
Checking in with midwife.
I'll have sono mon. if the weekend goes ok.
A D&C would exaberate the bleeding, so riding this out with transfusions if need be is my best hope.
thank you for all of your prayers. I do feel like it was your prayers which helped so much.
On the down side is that seeing so much bleeding has refreshed dh's memory about my preg/post-partum hemmorages and he feels we need to pray and discern carefully again if trying (it takes some work/meds, etc to conceive in the first place for me) is God's will for us..

I am still praying for you. I'm glad the bleeding slowed down and hope you were able to have a restful day yesterday. I've had the heavy, clotting bleeds and they are frightening. My DH really worries about those, too,and it concerns him about trying again, also.
Praying for rest and healing for you!

it is finally all over! just down to light spotting now. thanks for carrying me in prayer through this. It has been an emotional and painful and prayerful experience, I am thankful beyond words that you all were "here" for me.
I am expecting a good report at my next visit this friday.
