It's been awful quiet here...

I've decided to alter my goal. I was vague in the beginning, so now I'm getting firm. I would like to lose five pounds by Oct 31, so I'm replacing one meal a day with a salad and walking or jogging or doing a video four times a week. Hopefully now I can stick with it!

Great job to all you ladies who have been sticking it out!!!

I didn't meet my goal on the 20th, but did on the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd.

Specific is good, Leah!

This morning (1 month 3 days postpartum) I weighed in at 3.9 pounds below what I weighed on the probable day of conception. Our Moby Wrap arrived yesterday and I'm hoping to get back to taking exercise walks very soon, like tonight maybe.

Well, I had my asparagus Wednesday night, and a 44-minute, 1.19-mile walk.

Yikes, no leafy greens since I last posted. Well, we have both fresh broccoli and fresh asparagus now. I will eat some tonight.

21 minute, 0.65 mile walk yesterday.

ETA: Had my leafy greens and also a 41 minute, 1.21 mile walk today.
