Somehow my post did not go through, so posting again..
Joann, you are in my daily prayers. I have trouble sleeping too -- sometimes it's stress related, sometimes it's the kids, often it's physical pains. I will pray for you especially when I wake. I just started an herbal supplement last night. If it helps, I'll let you know in case you'd like to check it with your doctor.
