Hi Leanne, Please know that my prayers are with you. I'll pray to St Monica for you and Kieran, Leanne, as she had problems with her son St Augustine and knows the heartache and anxiety of a worried mother.

Dear Leanne, during years of struggle with a wayward child I rededicated our family to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, prayed countless Memorares and Holy Spirit Novenas, and begged the constant intercession of St. Monica and St. Augustine. Our prayers have borne fruit in recent years, after more than a decade of seemingly unending tears and strife. Do not ever give up hope or stop praying. Christ Our Good Shepherd, and Our Blessed and Sorrowful Mother, yearn for the return of your son's soul even more than you do. Trust in Divine Mercy to take care of Kieran, even when you cannot. It can be a long and painful journey for everyone involved, but that makes the homecoming so much sweeter!
As I write, our infant grandson is asleep in our bedroom, the son of our own wayward son, whose life the Lord is bringing full circle through the life of his own precious child, and the recent death of his beloved grandmother, my mother. God works in surprising and amazing ways! Hold fast to Hope!

Thank you for everyones constant prayers, it is a really hard battle to loose a Son like this, especially when we were overseas on a holiday, seeing my husbands Dad for the last time- he is very ill. To have Kieran ripped from us has totally blown us away, and now to have Our Kieran turn away from the people who love him the most and be staying somewhere else, is at times too too much to bear.
I can see that in time he will come back, but as we have nil contact- it seems cruel. I can only TRUST that GOD has it in hand. The ripple effect has been very hard on us as a family.

Leanne, I cried as I read your update. I am so sorry that you all are having to carry this cross, and that your son is in such a situation. I am praying daily for you all to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal and to the Divine Mercy. Trust in Him and in His infinite mercy. He loves your son and is calling him. Reading Faustina's diary on the Divine Mercy has helped me so much when situations are very serious and out of my control.

Thank you for all your prayers. We are still without any contact with our darling 'only' Son- Dermot is really feeling it, and apart from me, he choses not to talk to anyone, because no one would understand. He is sick of explaining himself.
A close friend of Kierans' has been trying to talk him around-please keep praying for Kierans heart to soften.
And again without your prayers, and the love of God, I know this situation would be impossible to bare alone.

To all the Beautiful People who have been praying for us over the last few months, I wanted to update you personally,
Kieran is one step closer to being reunited with Us his family,
We heard from a family friend that Kieran is with them, and that Kieran was really treated badly at the place he was staying. He is now safe and with a Catholic Family, and we, families, will being implementing a long term plan for Kieran.
We feel RELIEF, and didn't sleep last night, going over it all in our heads.
We know we are not out of the woods, so to speak, but can see HOPE.
THank you To All of you so much in praying for us and with us. Particularly when we had no words- it is why Anne originally posted this for me.
We will keep you updated- for the first time in months Kieran will be with a family who want him there out of Love and out of love for us his family.

What wonderful news, Leanne! I know that it's not an ideal situation -- yet. But God is still working on Kieran, and our prayers continue for him, for you all, and for all those that the Holy Spirit is moving to help and inspire Kieran toward Him and His Will. Thank you for the update!
