Thanks ... we are all better. The Open House was Sunday and we had lots of traffic. We had one offer and it was lowball, we didn't take it. We're expecting another lowball offer tomorrow (hoping they come to their senses and offer something reasonable). We've found the house we want and are champing and the bit to make our offer, but can't until we have a real contract. Please keep praying.
