That's wonderful news, Angie! I'll look closer at T-Tapp, and you may see a PM from me if I have some questions.
Since the board will be closed the last day of this challenge, I'll post that I haven't lost weight, but didn't gain weight either.
I did quit that fierce Pepsi habit that I've had for years (only stopped when pregnant). To achieve that made the challenge was worth it.
Thanks for joining in, Ladies! If you have time, and choose to do so, please come back to post at least one positive thing that happened during your challenge.
Blessings!

Congratulations to everyone! I'm so happy some of you have been able to quit the pop habit. I'm sure you will be much healthier.
So, Michaela, you asked for positive things. Well....I think I've only lost a pound but my two goals this month were to track my food intake on eTools and to cut sweets back to once a day. I did the first one! I'm much more aware of what is going in and I'm cutting back as well. The second one hasn't been so easy. Some days I did well, others days, not so well.

Well, I lost about 20 pounds This morning I weighed in at 2.5 pounds heavier than on the day of probable conception. DD (first time using that acronym for one of my own!) is 11 days old today.
Will there be a September challenge? I know, no one's stopping me from starting one, but I don't feel like a "leader" on this board or something like that. I want to start taking walks again, but need to get a carrier (probably a Moby Wrap) before I feel comfortable doing so, and the next three days are supposed to be in the 90s. Establishing milk supply is more important than weight loss right now when it comes to eating, although we seem to be doing just fine so far. It'll take me a while (using my trusty DietPower software) to figure out how many calories I need to maintain or lose weight at a reasonable rate while breastfeeding anyway. I have set a weight minigoal -- it's 20.5 pounds lighter than this morning's weight, by December 20, but I don't have a weight loss goal for September.

Definately go easy for a bit Theresa.. doing too much too soon is one of the things that can interfer with milk production.
Well, August wasn't too bad here.. the snacking I mentioned is decreasing.. I never get rid of all treats.. just keep them at the smaller end of the spectrum here. So that's going in the right direction.
And while I'm not remembering my vitamins all the time.. I'm getting them in a lot better than I was (which was not at all).

Well, I threw my back out something terrible shortly after posting, but the good part about that is I realize being in good shape is no longer optional. It is a must. I couldn't care for my family and had to depend on my wonderful teens. I am fortunate they are such great kids, but I need to take responsibility for my health and not need to depend on them.
So! I have been doing 100 crunches a day and walk 2 miles a day. I am feeling awesome physically and emotionally. I forget how much emotion is tied up in how physically fit I am.
It is so inspiring to hear how others are doing! thanks for starting this thread.

I did pretty good about walking until the last week or so when I was under the weather and it was humid out. I deal with dry heat much better than humidity!! I know that cooler days are coming, though, and will continue to walk!
It was great reading about everyone's goals and progress through the month! In September, I'm going to add some food goals.
