Another girl! Precious! Best wishes for continued good health for both of you!
I agree it sounds like they are just being extra extra cautious. As the uterus grows, the placenta just naturally moves away from the cervix more often than not. You can illustrate this for yourself or your kids pretty handily by drawing a dot on a balloon and blowing the ballooon up.

I had a low lying placenta and there was concern too! But it DID move! Praying for you and your sweet little girl!

Hasn't budged a bit.
I'm 28 weeks now. So...please keep praying--for all sorts of things, including good surgeons as necessary (my last one wasn't so good). And those of you who have had placentas move after 28 weeks, feel free to let me know
