Well, Mark just came home from the interview and he feels it went well.    It was left where he will get a call tomorrow by noon to set up another interview with this gentlemans boss over the weekend. So, he's still in the runnning.    He did mention that there is one other candidate in the area they are meeting with.

This process is torture!

Well, they called Mark back and set his next interview for this Saturday with the regional sales manager and a sales engineer. We think this is a good sign!

THe interview went great! A few hours later my husband received a call from the regional manager to talk $$$, so that he knows what to give to HR next week. Sooooo, it looks like he's getting an offer!

Now we're continuing to ask God for His Will to be done, for us to accept HIs Will and be patient. We need to get through the obsticles of the offer and in the meantime.....Mark needs to stay on the ball at his current employer.

Now for the next step....
