I'm glad your appointment is today so that you can find out what's going on. It's very common to bleed in pregnancy and still carry a healthy baby to term. I'm praying that all is well.

Patty, I bleed very very heavily while pregnant. all of my kiddos have been delivered at term or "late".

You have been carrying me all day, I know it.
Just returned home from the doctor's office. The in-office test was "faintly positive" as the nurse said, so they drew blood today and want more on Saturday for comparison. They were happy to hear I'm still  and  on top, and held out a lot of hope.
I'm trying to be peaceful, but it's hard. I think my daughter and I will cuddle up and read for a while. We haven't been home since 9:30 this morning; it's been a long day.
Thank you all so much. It meant to much to me to come home and find so many prayers in my mailbox.

Praying, Patty! I spotted w/ #2 and bled quite a bit w/ #3, and both of them are clomping around the house as I type.

Praying Patty. This happened to me with my 8th baby. I was sure I had miscarried. I could not beleive that I could lose that much blood and still be pregnant. Michael was born a full term, healthy baby.

You have my prayers as we journey through a similar story together. I thought I had miscarried mine a month ago but a sonogram a few weeks later proved me wrong. Praying hard for peace of mind and body for you at this time.
