2. rice cooker
3. the convection setting on my oven
4. the 5.1 cubic feet of space that my oven has!
5. PC stoneware cookie sheet

There is more, I am sure. I'll have to actually cook again soon to remember what I have!

Let's see...
The two good knives I use for everything. One is a small paring type knife, the other is a serrated one got in a set years ago. A Henckel's Ever sharp, I think. It's about as long as my hand, and it is the handiest knife for me...
The crockpot.
The two cast iron skillets we use almost every day
My can opener (it is one of those that opens around the top of the can, not around the lid--the "newer" style ones).
My old metal Ecko spatula. Cannot find another to save my life, so this one has to last another 50-60 yrs, God willing. LOL
My spoonulas. Love them!
My Kitchen-Aid stand mixer...
My dishwasher, which isn't that great, but is better than nothing, which is what I had before
My nice reliable stove--it actually has burners that all work the way they are supposed to..unlike the one we replaced when we got here!
My stainless potato masher.
I could add a few more things, but I'm actually having to THINK now, cause those things I listed above are such a part of our daily lives...lol

Let's see...
#1 a statue of Our Lady on the window sill above the sink, to help remind me not to get fed up of doing dishes
#2 my old familar wooden spoons that feel so good in my hands
#3 a rubber spatula for shoving whatever I'm mixing in my stupid Kenwood back down into the actual bowl
#4 scissors (for chopping up food for the little ones)
#5 nice ceramic mixing bowls
#6 the defrost setting on the cooker (about the only good thing about it )
#7 a big all-steel saucepan, that can be used on the stove top and then popped in the oven
#8 a cast-iron frying pan that can be used in the oven too (less washing up when I make toad in the hole!)
#9 my long handled sundae spoons, that help get the jam from the tall St Dalfour jars
#10 the slow cooker

Well, I don't have many fancy kitchen tools, but what I do have, I use.
1. Coffee maker
2. Kitchen shears (like Lucy, I use them to cut up the kids' food--definite must-have item!)
3. Slow cooker (still not using this to its full capabilities, but just being able to make a good polenta in it is good enough for now!)
4. Medium saucepan with glass lid (my PERFECT pot for making rice, which I do every day)
5. Immersion blender (I use this for smoothies, purees for the kids, chopping tomatoes...everything!)
6. Nice wooden spoons
7. Rubber spatula (I use this for almost everything too!)
8. Casserole dishes
9. Large, deep frying pan (this is my go-to pan for stovetop cooking)
10. Wire colanders
