so glad angie bumped this! i might not have seen this....and now i can add my prayers to these other saintly women. thank you for posting---

sorry----i'm typing one fingered....

i have always---yes, with every single one----suffered from ppd in varying forms. i am currently coming out of post-prtum adjustment issues, as well. but i believe it would have been much worse without the prayers of these friends. you are not alone!

I suffer from PPD, and panic/anxiety attacks. It is NO FUN. I am sorry I missed your post before, and am glad that it was bumped up. Progesterone has helped me a bit. I try to be very honest with everyone- no secrets or trying to act as if everything is ok.
I tell the kids that I do not feel well, and that it has nothing to do with them. Being on bedrest for pregnancies helped prepare me for letting everything go.
Things WILL get better.
Please be assured of my continued prayers!
