I heard back from Deborah Hopkinson this morning.....she had some possible public school visits, but with the economy, etc. they haven't panned out.   So, she's probably not coming to Seattle this year.    

Her new book, Abe Lincoln Crosses a Creek was just named for ALA Notable!!!!
