Seton's connection is a historical one, at least in part. As I understand it, Mary Kay Clark and Michael Farris fought side by side in the early days of homeschooling, both locally in Virginia and on a national level. I remember a conference when one introduced the other and they had a true genuine affection and respect for one another. They were comrades-in-arms in the fight for the basic right to educate our children outside the schools.
