We have had pretty major tornados come through northern Colorado (Greeley, Windsor, Platteville, Milliken) a couple hours ago. One confirmed dead - lots of pretty severe damage. There are several 4 Real families in that area - Andrea (anniemm), Jessica (cathochick), Jennifer Schaaf (Jschaaf). Please join in prayers for all those affected. I hope we hear soon from our 4 Real families.

Mary G.'s neice is at the college there, though I think they are on summer break. Mary?

Actually, I need to check with my SIL as I think Sarah was staying in Greeley until last week of May when she'll come down for her sister's graduation ....
Prayers would be appreciated for all ... and we're getting some pretty gusty winds down here too ... and warning/watches all over the place ....

I am most concerned for Jennifer Schaaf. She is in the general area hardest hit. I can't imagine facing another natural disaster - for those who don't know, they were hit by Katrina and had much damage. Now move to generally natural disaster-free Colorado and bam!
I've heard that powerlines are down all over - thousands of homes without power there, so no internet access for many. I hope we hear something soon.

My thoughts exactly. Mary, does anyone local have a phone number for her? Are phone lines down and out too? After all the rebuilding and moving and loss...I can't even imagine...
