When I know that I am going to be in a situation of disagreable porportions I have to start with prayer always if not my mouth talks faster than I can think at times and I end up hurting those I most love. I really try and for what its worth I have gotten better through the coming closer to Christ, but I think dont be hard on yourselves. God willing you always can start fresh and make things right, it is when we dont or dont want to that is the biggest problem.
