UPDATE 2
We are breathing a temporary sigh of relief. As of this morning Cris is off the PIP, meaning he gets to keep his job. However, the boss specifically said he reserves the right to put him on another one at anytime.  So while the stress of immediate termination is reduced there is still the overall worry that this is hanging over our heads.
We still have no news about Brian. We believe the boss wants that particular depot open so he can put a friend of his in as the manager. We will know in a few weeks if that person ends up as the manager. The boss is also under investigation for several things so hopefully the company will do something about him. Maybe he will move on to something else. 
Please keep Brian and his family in your prayers and please pray for the boss to have his eyes opened and his heart softened so he does business fairly.
