I'll second sleeping on the couch. That was the only thing that helped for my last two pregnancies. I think it was the back support. Also, I read something that said don't lie there and toss and turn. Get up and do something and go back to bed when you are sleepy.

I have considered the couch, but that would mean going down stairs and eventually having to come back up. The other night I crawled in bed with my dd(5) just to have a little change in mattress.

Oh, with the first baby we accidentally induced at 38 weeks. The second time we intentionally used the same method to induce at 38 weeks. I'm already looking at my calendar to see when would be a good time to try it a third time.
