I agree. In my defense though, (and due to my short memory - I forgot everything I asked, therefore didn't write it all), I honestly did not know 100% for sure. I thought maybe it was stuck in his teeth from the previous time. One of the things I asked was if he bit it before I told him to throw it away. He answered 'no'. I guess that's where I should've told him that I know he took it out and gave the consequences. Live and learn.
