) Anyway, I forget the prescription name brand, but I can look into it if you are interested or your doc will know.) Hopefully, it won't come to that with you. I just noticed that I had to eat all the time, a little bit at a time, and that really does wonders. Also, make sure you get enough sleep if you can. If I stayed up too late.....I paid for it. Fruits seemed to help too. I know if is different for everyone though. Dry crackers or toast in the morning like everyone always recommended had me running to the bathroom!
