Oh, dear, Ann- I'm praying for you to be restored to health. It is very common for women to develop hypothyroidism after giving birth. Keep checking your thyroid levels... low thyroid levels can cause an amazing array of symptoms, many of which you describe.

Oh Anne, I am with Melinda. Thyroid levels should be looked at closely. stay on top of your Dr to check your levels regularly esp being postpartum. I have suffered from severe thyroid issues since 2004 after my dd was about 3months. Since then after every delivery my T3 an T4 levels go way off the normal range. Your faith is so strong and Our Lady loves you. You are probably exhausted nursing into the nights...sleep every time she does and just keep the others close until the Dr's can get your levels correct. I will lift you up in my Rosary.

Anne, I am praying and offering up my own health trials for you.I *really* understand the vicious cycle of fear/anxiety/panic due to a health problem...and to have it be your heart, makes it all the more stressful and scary. I am so sorry.

Anne,I will continue to pray for you. I am so sorry you are going through this. Not knowing what is going on is so incredibly difficult! Sometimes when I am having really bad anxiety and/or panic, I will say,"Those are not thoughts of God,GO AWAY!" Keeping a candle lit, easy uplifting reading, favorite prayers to be prayed over and over-all can be greatly comforting.
