Colleen, you are so sweet to ask. I did need to update family and local friends before I posted that...
The awesome news is that we have all participated in praying these siblings into a wonderful family! The sad news for my family is that the family isn't us  . The family was chosen on Tuesday and it looks like all will go very smoothly. They are mature, have 4 older children, and are practicing Catholics. Sound familiar?  And they are Hispanic (the siblings are Hispanic) with a large extended family in the area. The foster mom was as shocked as she was pleased.
Oh ladies, I have cried bittersweet tears let me tell you! I find great consolation in your care and prayers...and in God's great love for each of us.
I'll start another topic when I have a chance to continue updating our foster-to-adopt process. I do ask you to continue praying for the siblings and their new family as well as for us. Thank you all .

I'm so sorry for your disappointment Angie. God's timing is perfect--just wish we could take a peek at his clock sometimes, though. I'm sure we'd find much consolation there. Now, we'll all keep praying for the child or children he has chosen for you and for their safe homecoming soon.
