Oh No. I know your son is quite young but I would work very hard at making sure you can demonstrate a thorough curriculum you are using with him and have an overwhelming paper trail of his good work, maybe have him tested by an outside party. I'd even put him in school before I'd risk losing him.

Also make sure he is up-to-date at the pediatrician, with a solid relationship there, and they can give you a good reference.

I'm sure you've thought of these things.
