I had written back to Jennifer on her message from the other day about getting some books to her. I didn't even see this thread. Duh!!

Wow.....I just saw this and I am stunned. The amount of loss for Jennifer and her family is overwhelming. I heard on the radio today that the MS state govt is investigating the insurance companies. She may want to contact the MS Attorney General's office in case they are keeping a list of complaints. Pulling this on people in the midst of their suffering is disgusting.

The article by Steve Woods was very good. I also thought this one was very helpful even if it did deal with a fire. I once had a claim from water damage caused by flooding and I handled it badly.

I hope you can get Jennifer to add more items to the list. Maybe some books for herself?

Jennifer is only about an hour from me right now! I live in Buffalo, NY. That is, if it's the same Westfield near Chatauqua.

I will be in prayer for her and her family. Such tragic losses and stories.
