just wanted to pop in to say my first post may have sounded as if I was advocating a clean big permanent break from dh. What I meant by "leaving" was finding a place to go hopefully temporarily with friends or family to PROTECT oneself and one's minor children from the very real danger that this puts them in. it is an abusive situation, and we have seen many times that this can be the real motivator for a dh to realize he will not be enabled anymore.
I just don't want people to think I meant leave as in for good, get a job, put the kids in school, etc.

I am sorry for you and your family. Has he had Anointing of the Sick? Or would he be willing to? I have heard that this can detach certain demons that can project images and such into his mind....I know of someone who had this and it truly helped their marriage to stop being invaded by perversions! Of course I don't know all the details in their Marriage but thought I would mention it.
