I blessed update that Anna has sent:

"I want to graciously thank you all for your loving and generous
prayers for our family but especially for Joseph.
He had another visit today to determine whether his heart has moved
back where it should, and Praise God it has with only 1 m. to go!!
His only discomfort is that though they still had to give him some
help, his lung was jolted a little and water passed through as they
put it, so he has a very nasty cough. He is a bit sore but otherwise
happy!!!
Thank God and thank you for your prayers.
