Thanks for all the prayers. My current opthamologist has not been over helpful and is out of the office - so my pcp has set me up with a new one for early tomorrow morning - please pray that he can figure out what is going on. The pain did subside today - though I still look a little like a hooded owl!! My dh will be able to be home tomorrow morning which will be a blessing and the new doctor is so much closer.

I am just anxious that they will send me to different doctors to try and figure it out - I am wondering if this could be some kind of eye dermatitis or allergy - though I cannot think of anything I could react to - no make up, cosmetics, chemicals, medication. I am so careful as I have kids with allergies. But I have had a horrid eczema flare up postpartum.

Anyway - please keep praying. Thank you for all your messages and personal messages - I will reply to your pms when I can - I am trying to get to the hospital to see my mom. Please keep her in your prayers too.

Marilyn, I used to have similar problems as a teen- we discovered that I was allergic to an ingredient in most shampoos.

Eye issues are tough to deal with- I'll be praying they figure it out...
