Goodness!
In reading these boards, it's incredible how many of our families need prayers for steady, stable jobs...
My dh just found out today that his temp job ends this Friday - they were trying to bring him on perm but didn't get the funding.
Yet I am reminded that, "All things are possible with God!"
Please pray.
Thank you...even though life here has been very busy and I haven't been on the boards as much, I do pray for the intentions here....
******UPDATE #1***************
Well, it's just amazing what can happen in a day.
Yesterday, Steve's CEO went to bat for him to the board - we're still awaiting the outcome
AND, today, he has a phone interview with INTEL.
Thank you so very much for all of your prayers.
Remembering you in mine....

INTEL called early this am and they want a face-to-face interview, Monday at 10:00am.
The man who went to bat for Steve is out sick today so we won't know if his attempts were successful until tomorrow. This job would be our preference, but we're praying for God's will to be done.

Well, it's official.
He's able to work at the job we wanted him at through December and the CEO has really gone to bat for him to get hired perm, full-time.
He's still going to the INTEL interview on Monday.
I cannot thank you enough for your prayers.

Maria, I keep thinking the same thing -- *So* many are without work or about to be without work right now. I am praying to St. Anthony for all of your dhs, and for your families during the time of uncertainty and financial struggle.
