Oh this is so heartbreaking, Marilyn.
I am praying mightily for the comfort of this family. Asking their new little saint to intercede for them in a very special way during this season of hope. May Our Lady extend her loving embrace to them as they mourn little Natasha.

My husband and I had the opportunity to attend Natasha's funeral Mass today. It was very beautiful. The church was full to over-flowing. I will never be able to hear "I Want to Walk as a Child of the Light" or "O Come Little Children" again without thinking of this sweet little girl. It was truly a grace-filled moment.
The deSa family has been an incredible witness to the beauty of life throughout all of Natasha's short time on earth. They had a sweet little picture on Natasha's prayer card, (or should I say holy card, as she is indeed a saint) with a caption underneath that read, "Life is short...Love is eternal." That just about sums it up.
Peace and prayers.

I so wanted to go - but I was so sick and dehydrated this morning and after the contractions yesterday thought I better not. I thought about them and prayed at 11 today and felt so sad. Thank you for posting.
