Thank you everyone for your prayers. Sometimes praying seems like such a little thing to do for someone, but it really isn't. It is good to know that others have picked up your burden and carried for a while.
Our week was tough, but busy. God has been so faithful in so many ways. Even though she was very, very sick, Rebecca did not die at home, which would have brought an investigation down on to our heads. She died in the pre-dawn hours, which means that on her anniversary, when we wake up, the moment has already passed. If it had been later, I would forever count down the hours during the day. As it is, the actually day is easier than the ones leading up to it.
Thank you again for the prayers. It has been a long 3 years.
