Praying here. Anything with eyes is very scary, we count on the input from our sight so much. ST. Lucy pray for us.

Please would you pray for me - I have an appointment with the opthamologist today - my left eye is still not improving. Please pray for wisdom for them - despite all the drugs there is no relief. We had to cancel our beach weekend  . I am trying to offer all of this up for the many requests on this forum. Thank you again for all the prayers.

Thanks Mary. I have pmd you re the new eyedrops.
Thanks to all for their prayers again. I saw a great opthamologist - and the good news is that there is no really bad problem - which is always a concern for me given my mum's corneal, retinal and glaucoma problems. There is just a lot of inflammation and some infection. I still look a little like a hooded owl  and the pain is still bad - but I have great relief knowing there are no vision problems. And re the beach - I am actually kind of relieved not to be going - just feel wiped out and it would have been more stress than vacation for me - dh is still going to take a couple of days off and take the kids to the National Gallery and Natural History Museum.
