Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Katherine- I hear you about the R & D manuals not being very easy to use! The ones I have (geography, botany, zoology) are good but full of info that could be put on cards, without too much explanantion of how to present it, and no pictures. I'm glad I actually have the cards for the botany and zoology- I'd never be able to make them all, and the presentation make more sense when I already have the cards in front of me. Anyway, I hope you get it figured out.
Donna Marie- I hope your material making goes well! Let us know!
Celeste- Thank you for the detail about the filling boxes! I think I'll go with the tackle box option, the codes will come in handy. I think organization is going to be very key with all this grammar material.

BTW for anyone looking into sentence analysis- I struck paydirt in the files at mm2_language. There are two files explaining it (one with pictures VERY helpful) and some printables for making all those circle and arrow thingies, plus sentences to cut up. So I think I've got that figured out - woohoo! Maybe I don't need the R&D albums after all.

Thanks to everyone for talking this through with me- and the compliments on my grammar box!

I just added a tutorial (with printable labels) on how I made my grammar box to the files at mm2_language Yahoo group. Here is a link
The file is called "How to Make a Grammar Box"

I know this thread is old, but it is being referenced in a few places - so I would like to add:

Please do NOT change what Maria Montessori developed. Until we fully understand the depth, we can totally lose the whole point.
