Tina, something similar happened to me, and my Doctor was able to schedule (order) another higer level sono for me about 3-4 days later (I can't remember specifics), and somehow it worked out with our insurance. He knew my history of problem pregnancies, losing one twin in pregnancies, etc and wanted to spare me worrying about the unknown for 2 entire weeks. Maybe this could be an option for you? Oh, and they found a heartbeat without a problem, it was very reassuring!

I'm spotting at almost 8 weeks. My next dr. appointment is Wednesday. Maybe she knew and was just waiting for the baby to pass on its own? I've been wracking my brains wondering whether this is God's will for me? Is it just a cross I have to bear? Will He ever allow more babies into my life?
