Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Molly,
They are pretty run of the mill. They do throw in something every couple weeks, that I know they won't eat so I just cross that out and substitute. They do include a lot of Mexican Food. This week has crock pot enchiladas and quesadillas. My picky eaters usually have totillas with cheese on those nights. Other recipes have been:
pork chops
chicken and rice casserole
grilled ham sandwiches
chili
chicken-bacon-pineapple kebabs (big hit)
pepperoni pockets
stew
bacon corn chowder
They usually throw in a "easy" meal too, like rotteserri chicken or grilled cheese and tomato soup.

Looks like I'm going to be induced next Tuesday if I don't go into labor first, and so I am deviating from the menu as I don't think my Mom and MIL will follow the plan. I'm planning on grocery shopping this weekend for easy foods. Hope this helps!

Speaking of slow cookers or crock pots, I'm in the market for buying one. I was surprised to see an All-Clad Slow Cooker in the Williams-Sonoma catalog. So that leads to a question, what kind of slow-cooker do you have or recommend?

I used to have a Rival Crock pot, but it was only 3 quarts, too small, so I never used it. Now that I see recipes changing and I don't have to cook with creamed soups and cheeses, I want to try again planning my meals around a slow cooker.

And also speaking of crock pots, does anyone have any good links, or recipes that don't include the cream soups? Seems like every time I want to search some recipes, they always have the cream soups. Can you cook healthier with the crock pot? (Other than just cooking meat - which I do...)
Thanks!
God bless,
Angela
