Since I updated, Frances has stopped taking the latest (and last hope) chemo and continued to decline. She has even stopped nodding or shaking her head for yes and no and is completely bedridden. I know she is "in there" as she still responds to her name, for instance. We do not know what she is feeling/thinking and that is hard.
2 of my sisters (bless their hearts) are now taking care of her full time. I do see God's timing in this, since they are both public school teachers and not currently at work.
Thanks for the continued prayers.
