Yuck to the yellow jackets. When you're driving and those critters come at you, it's dangerous!
I'm glad things are better...at least your mobile. Can you all fit into the car?

Maria, What a blessing your friends and neighbors have been to your family. I'm offering prayers of thanksgiving for that, and for your new little car. I'm guessing you still need your van though to fit the whole family right? I'll keep praying that God will provide for your needs there.

Maria...keeping you in prayer! I am glad you got a newish car! We know well this scenario.
We were van-less for a year because our old one blew during a mission of mercy(long funny story) and the new one we needed was hard to find (15 passenger) and out of our price range. Funny thing was..out of the blue, a man that my dh eats lunch with on occasion and ...just happened to be a car dealer... grabbed my dh and said..you have to come on over and see the van that just came in...come NOW!...and promptly DRAGGED my dh out the door of the diner. He was yelling all the while, "There is an interested buyer on the way from Patterson....hurry! Later, Dh called me on his cell and told me we had a van...I had been praying to JPII for his intercession and that very day I was handed some commemorative coin with his pic and Our Lady of Mercy on it...how cool is that? We might be inconvenienced at times trying to do everything on one income, but God sure must have fun providing 
...did I mention that this is the year that all the appliances got together and drew straws as to which would die first and all of them except the furnace played the game...even the vacuum...(the traitor!)

You all have been in my prayers, Maria. I'm glad that you've got a car now! We had wasps building a nest in the taillight of our station wagon several years back. It's amazing how creative those guys are in choosing their nesting locations. 
George has been in my prayers as well.
