I had my OB visit today - I am fully effaced and the baby is fully engaged - ready to come out. The doctor believes that I will go into labor at any time in the next week. I am almost at 36 weeks - I am so grateful that I have made it this far.
Please would you pray for a safe delivery with the right doctor. I am suddenly feeling anxious now that it is all a very imminent reality. I am hoping to have my second VBAC - and with the baby so ready to come out I am praying it will not be a problem.
Please would you pray that although he will be a few weeks early that he will not require NICU care - I just want to be able to hold him and nurse him right away.
And a few prayers too for my twin ds who are sick right now that they may recover soon and be ok if I am in the hospital.
Thank you all. Your prayers have been a real support throughout this pregnancy.

Praying all goes smoothly. My sister's ds was born at 35 weeks (5lbs something) and was able to come home right away!

Praying for you, Marilyn. I've had 2 c-sec and 3 VBACS! And one baby that was born at 35 weeks and came into my arms right away for nursing and no NICU! I will be praying to our Dear Lady for you:)

Marilynn, I am praying here. So excited for you! A friend of mine had her baby 3 weeks ago at 36 weeks, he's tiny, but very healthy and strong from birth!

Praying, Marilyn. Your due date must be very close to my dd's due date of July 25. She has been on bedrest for almost 3 weeks with twins and now is at 2 cm but both are breech so I will say a prayer for you and your twins when I think of her(which is often!)
