Lisa,
You mentioned Basic H... How do you think these products compare to Shaklee? I have to admit I haven't placed an order for Shaklee in some time - I find it rather costly.

Rachel,
Totally safe.
And I borrowed some "geranium scented" from Mary Chris and I definitely think the predominant scent is rose. If you like rose, you'll love it. |

Excellent! I'll go shopping.

OK, so now that I have decided on a scent (I'm going to try the lemon verbena), what products in the line do you love?
Also, is the honeysuckle only seasonal? That is what I really wanted but cannot find it.

Becky, I agree, Shaklee is costly. I like the Basic-H, but I think it's very harsh. (while still being natural, weird, I know.) I use it where one might normally use bleach to kill germs and bacteria. (during flu season for instance, I use it alot more.) I add some essential oil to it to kind of off set the harsh odor. I have also found that a small bottle of it lasts me a long time.

Lisa, do you mean Basic G? Basic H is really quite mild and doesn't have much of a smell at all (and I am a smells person).
Basic G IS a very good germ killer IMO but I'm not fond of the smell. I hadn't thought of adding essential oil to it - I wonder if that would change its properties for germ killing? I can't see why it would but I know when I was a consultant years ago they told us not to mix it with anything other than water.
I actually use Basic H on my hair periodically. It's a great clarifier.
Honestly I find that when used properly the Basic H & G cost LESS than regular cleaners. Some of the other stuff (like the laundry deter. etc. ) I do think is more expensive - and there are a lot of other options nowadays as far as dye free etc.
I got the Mrs Meyers honeysuckle spring cleaning kit and we used it yesterday. I love the smell!

Michele, I've not used the Basic-G, just Basic-H. (I guess it's actually called Basic-H2) I find the smell very chemical-ish, maybe it's just me though. I am also very sensitive to scents.
