Praying for you!
I too have an awful battle with the "Anxiety monster." Lately, my new little thing to say to myself is from a Bible verse-not sure which one!  
"Worry about nothing, pray about everything!"
So much easier said than done!
Also,in the middle of a panic attack, I find *some* relief in praying Hail Marys.
I will offer my anxiety today for yours!
And *please* be gentle on yourself.((((HUGS))))

Stay strong.
I use to tell myself during times when I have suffered from anxiety that it is only temporary and just get through the wave, as it came in what seemed like waves.
So I would brace myself and try to call upon all my patrons and use my holy water and sacrememtals,especially my rosary.
It's hard sometimes to find peace with the pressure of our lives but we can only do what is available to us we aren't super human and God knows your heart and loves you very much, you are so specail to him. He knows you will get through this cross. He is in control.
I hope you don't mind me saying this. I just know what it is like and there is a light at the end of the tunnel. 
I will pray very hard for you.
