You can find it in LEVEL 3, scroll down to the American History section, just under the From Sea to Shining Sea Teacher's Manual (in purple).

It says Recommended Reading List underlined with (Free Time Reading) next to it.

     It should be on its way, but I haven't gotten it yet. I hemmed and hawed for awhile before making the decision to purchase it .
