Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Coming back to "report in"......

A to Z Symphony is a BIG hit around here and it's wonderful for mom to listen to. That's one DVD that I don't mind they turn up the volume! For once, I am saying, "turn it up" instead of "turn it down!" We've only had it for a couple weeks and they are already humming the pieces of music.

Preschool power......love it! why is it SO FUN to watch other kids playing? And, then when it's done, they have a couple ideas of things they want to do.

And, the Leap frog reading DVDs are GREAT!

Thanks everyone for some great suggestions!

Bumping this, because I got a couple good toddler DVD recommendations a couple years ago, and thought it would be helpful to others.

AND....anyone have any other favorites to add? It's been a couple years!!! There have GOT to be a few more

My 3yo loves the KidSongs Videos {hard to find but well worth it - real kids singing good songs!}, The Magic School Bus, and Miffy. I was really suprised at how much she has absorbed from watching The Magic School Bus videos!

We mostly stick to things that air on PBS - she is my only but Mama works from home during the day, so I try to find educational things to distract her with.
