Dear friends,

Some of you may remember me posting about my husband's hip. (No time to find the link now, but he most likely has a condition that will require corrective surgery, and it may or may not be a serious surgery.)   His appointment with the specialist is tomorrow morning, and he could really use your prayers.

We were so blessed to get this app't, btw. He was originally scheduled for May 31st! This was a long time to wait, particularly because this is a problem that tends to advance rapidly. Fortunately, there was a cancellation, and the doctor (one of the few specialists in the country who deals with this specific issue) squeezed him in.

Praying! My MIL had hip replacement surgery several times in your area, PM me if you need any details - dh and his siblings did lots of research on hospitals, drs, etc.

Beautiful friends, I just received the best possible news. Dh's hip is fine!!! It is normal! He will not need any surgery--not even the most minor! The specialist is so interested in this outcome that he actually called another doctor in to discuss it and plans on writing an article about it.

Many thanks for your many, many prayers. They worked!!!!! I've felt weighted down by anxiety all day, but now I'm light as a feather.

Prayers of thanksgiving going up now!
