Good afternoon. Thank you so much for the prayers. Andrew and I were up until around 3:30 am when he finally crashed (hard).
At it's worst I called my best friend around 1:30 am when he started hallucinating and seeing people and bugs crawling on him. 
We are doing better today. I still some of the tic and finger chewing but not compulsively like he was before.
Angela, Andrew hasn't ever had any other tics that we've ever noticed. He does have his fingers in his mouth ALL the time. All of his pictures up until right around his third birthday have him with fingers in his mouth.
I'm hoping to take a nap with him this afternoon. I was supposed to teach tonight at church in the 2 year old class but I found a replacement so that we could just stay home.

Oh Theresa.. really prayers, prayers, prayers, for Andrew and your heart to have the strength to endure this sorrow. It has to be so hard for you to watch helpless.

I believe we are done! Praise God!! Other than looking tired and like he's been through the wringer he seems to be doing so much better. Still a small amount of fingernail chewing and he's not focusing much on our faces but this was hard for him before too.
We spent about an hour and half outside today. We went to the park and his coordination seemed fine. He's been cruisin' around the house in his Ford so he should be really tired tonight.
I found someone to take my class at church and we are going to enjoy a quiet night at home. I'll give him an extra long warm bath, a deep muscle massage and then prayerfully he will drift off to sweet sleep.

I've just seen this too like Doris. Theresa, I am praying right now.
I just had a quick chance to read through this---skim, really. Why did this happen? He had a bad reaction with the drugs? Do you mind me asking what symptoms he had for going on the meds? I have a couple of children with these symptoms. Thank you and God bless you, Theresa!
