hey I went to the site again today and it says they are being redesigned and are currently not available for ordering?

anyone know when they will be available and what will be different?

I just ordered the set last week. I haven't received it yet, though. Are you trying http://www.livelylessons.com/Nobleknights.html? I didn't see anything about redesigning. I hope all is OK...

Oh, dear! Well, I'll have to get in contact with them and see what's going on. You'd think they'd disable to the cart and payment options if things weren't for sale. Hmmm... I'll keep you posted.

She's is really, really bad at responding to email. I mean, she is always nice when she does, and because I happen to really like the program, I have still recommended it to others. Otherwise, her lack of customer service would have driven me totally nuts. She did throw in extras for me because of being so late with shipping and bad email communications.

I did order the standard program today...so we'll see if it arrives! There appeared to be some different programs in addition to the math, so perhaps one of those is being redesigned? Does anyone know where to get the fancier knights and horses they have pictured on the site? They only have smaller ones available for purchase which aren't as nice as the ones they picture.

Thank you for your interest in Lively Lessons learning materials. However, as we are redesigning the products, they are not currently available. This information has been on our website since the turn of the year, and will be updated when the situation changes. It will be at least a year.     A full refund has been sent via PayPal.

You know, I wonder if they are stuck in that new law that says if you are selling things that kids are using the items have to be tested to make sure they don't contain toxic materials.

That looks so neat. My son is 3.5 and I bet he would really love this.
