My neurologist just called back. He says my symptoms were stroke symptoms, just like last time, but because all my preveous MRIs were normal, this was probably a non-headache migrane, or there may be something in my brain stem.
If it happens again, I have to go in for further testing, but in the meantime, I have to keep myself hydrated- surprise, surprise 
Thank you for your prayers. You're all probably tired of this thread.  God bless you all.

I have a brother-in-law that has headache-less migraines. They can be doozies!
