I feel like I am always asking for prayer and in the grand scheme of things this seems so insignificant but it's hard to function with throbbing pain.
I have a major toothache that's been building all weekend and try as I might I cannot get a dental appointment. Recently our insurance changed and everyone who accepts our new plan tells me they "aren't accepting new patients".
I just want to cry. My tooth is really aching, so much so that I can hardly eat (which really would be fine except that I am nursing a 3 month old).
Could you just pray for the pain to cease -- at least temporarily? My old dentist is opening another practice in April and they will take me then so I just need to get through the month and well it's been a rough weekend.

I am sorry your tooth is hurting. I think tooth (and ear) pain can be some of the worst ever. I will be praying that you find some relief, Michele.

Michele,
I am sorry you are going through this! I will pray for your relief from the pain.
Is there something topical you could rub on it to lessen the pain? There's got to be something that can help get you through. I wish I could be more help.

Ambesol works somewhat though it's very temporary (lasts about 20 minutes) but it's pretty nasty and numbs everything in your mouth no matter how hard you try to direct it to one spot. 
I am finding if I just don't eat it doesn't hurt so much. Definitely a good thing for Lent.
Don't worry though, I DID eat (scrambled eggs). It also is a good opportunity to offer up the pain for a special intention for someone close to me.
I know A LOT of people live with pain on a daily basis. it helps me sympathize with that because it isn't easy.

Oh, Michele. I'll definately be praying for you. I'm so very sorry about this. Can you get a hold of any homeopathic remedies for nerve pain? You can pm me if need to get the name for one.

I'll be praying for you, Michele, I'm an absolute wimp when it comes to dental pain. Is ibuprofen safe to take while nursing? Maybe that would help?
