Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

What lip gloss do you use? I used to use Paula's Choice but they have discontinued it. They recommended Prescriptives as an alternative - I have never heard of this?

I found this for you, although I've never used them.

I've just started to get back into lip glosses so I'll be interested! I've only used things like Burts Bees lip balm.

Burts Bees also makes some colored lip glosses.

Peace,

Marilyn,

Clinique is allergy tested and fragrance free. I recently received a sample size lip gloss in the bonus that came with my skin care purchase. I like that it doesn't feel terribly goopy going on and it does not taste icky. Actually there is no taste at all. (I don't have particularly sensitive skin, but I am not at all fond of icky tasting lipstick or gloss, nor anything really goopy).

Alba Botanicals in the natural section of the market are nice. I like the lightness and minty taste of the terra tints. They do have an lip gloss, too.

DD is finishing a course of Accutane and has had very dry lips. They are also very sensitive. Since late winter she has gone through 3 tubes of plain old Chap Stick-the black label. She has tried the other ones for sensitive with no relief. SO guess who is finishing a pile of not so sensitive chap sticks? Burt's Bee's right now
I am sure the company is trying to figure out the dramatice rise in local consumption.

Are you looking for colored lip gloss or just something to keep your lips moist. I have used for over 24 years Clinique's Almost Lipstick in Black Honey. I do not like any other lipsticks or anything with flavor.

Here's Prescriptives' lip gloss. I like their choices. Seems that they are in Macy's, so you could compare Clinique with Prescriptives. If you're looking to pinch pennies, get something cheap to keep your lips moist for everyday and save the colored expensive stuff for outings.
