Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

My grandmother has passed down a KitchenAid pasta maker/food grinder! We made fettucini for lunch, and pot-pie squares in chicken and dumplings for dinner.
Yum, yum, lol.
I am using the basic egg noodle recipe, and am wondering if this would also work with fresh-ground whole wheat flour. My wheat grinder is on route and will be here tomorrow. :-) It must be my week for kitchen stuff. I am entirely too excited about this!

Any ideas/tips, etc. to share?

In Christ,

Leocea
