Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I set up a group of gals just before the holidays to prepare activities from Preschool Activities in a Bag.

Today I let my almost 4 yold dd have at it...it was/is SO great! This age is perfect too for them. She worked really well by herself. I have all the activities in one of those reusable grocery bags, and it was so easy for her to transfer the whole lot of them from one area to the other. She did letters, numbers, crafts and lots of patterns and sorting too.

I have a lot of Montessori activities and equipment too. But this was really nice because she worked right next to me better as I either fed the baby, or did school work with her other siblings. It is very transportable!

Anyways, just wanted to let you ladies know how great this book is! Oh and setting up the co-op of moms to make the individual bags was way easy too!

That's great! The website has instructions for doing a swap. I think I can do that! Thank you for the info.

Dawn,

If you do a swap, I'd love to participate! We have both the books but have never put anything together. Maybe doing it with a group would motiviate me!

Kacky - This is a neat idea and I may twist it a bit to fit my needs. I can't set out very many Montessori activities at all right now because the baby is toddling and grabbing everything. I can see how neat it might be to prepare a fun bag at the beginning of each week with neat activities put together in that bag.

So, many thanks for the inspiration!!
