Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I have started doing a more formal set of morning prayers with my two 3yo's, and I'm looking for a prayer they can say for Daddy since he leaves for work before our prayer time. Right now we're just doing a Hail Mary and a quick aspiration to Saint Joseph, but I'd love to include something written specifically for dads. Anyone have one that they use in their home? Thanks!

We pray for daddy each day after our lunch meal prayer, just a very informal "and God bless daddy at work today."

If friends are over for lunch, we say "God bless all our daddies at work today."

At one point, my mom and I made up a bunch of two-line rhyming prayers for this. They were very fun. I'll have to see if I can remember them.

Here is one:
Bless our Daddy, who's fun and neat,
Help Daddy work, so we can eat!

Not exactaly what you're looking for, I'm sure, but worth a good laugh.

Here is one I have printed out for my older girls. You could take little bits of it and/or change a few words for the 3 yo:

Prayer of Children for their Parents

O Almighty God, you gave us the commandment to honor our father and mother. In your loving kindness hear my prayer for my parents. Give them long lives and keep them well in body and spirit. Bless their labors; keep them always in your care. Bless them generously for their loving care for me. Grant that, through your grace, I may always be their support and comfort, and that, after our life together on earth, we may experience the joy of together praising you forever.
Amen.

Thanks for the ideas. Suzanne, I bet my children would love coming up with some prayers like that for daddy--very cute. I am looking for something more formal for devotion time--the second one you posted is lovely, so I might try to make that one more dad-specific until I find something ideal.
